Hey friend. You know, the one that recently decided that she was gonna break out like Forrest Gump and just take off running. Running to feel free. Running for exercise. Yea. Well, this song… is perfect and upbeat… and you should put it on your mp3/ipod and get your gump shoes on and get to gump’n. (even if that means just do a little jig around the house… or car dance on the way to work… )

We had a Thanksgiving Luncheon today. I sampled two kinds of turkey and several other types of random foods. The smoked turkey was the best. I remember in years past, how once the turkey appears - it seems to last forever. (The leftovers are never ending.) So I figured, I would try to keep count of how many times I have turkey during this holiday season. Anyway, here’s the centerpiece from the paper/plastic ware table….
